Office Administrator

Tangerine is looking for a full time office administrator to support its award winning PR and social media teams. This position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, lively and fun environment. They will provide assistance with client-related administration tasks such as logging media coverage, as well as greeting visitors, organising lunches and travel arrangements, providing support on IT and telephone issues, plus other ad hoc issues around the office. Experience with MS office, especially excel, is essential. This role will suit a highly organised, outgoing individual who is enthusiastic, willing to learn and relishes organising people, as well as developing and managing operational systems. The role will be supported by a full induction programme and ongoing coaching.

Tangerine PR – named Outstanding PR Consultancy of the Year 2011 in the national CIPR Excellence awards – is on the cusp of rapid expansion. 2011 client wins include Peugeot UK, DWF, Cartridge World, Johnson Cleaners and Mars Drinks and current clients are also growing rapidly.
We are now seeking a Head of Finance & Operations (ACA / CIMA qualified with at least 5 years PQE) who can lead an enthusiastic operations team (including a full time finance assistant, a HR assistant, two full time administrators and a receptionist) and advise, and be a key part of, an ambitious Senior Management Team.
With 40 people, Tangerine is set to experience rapid growth in 2012 and we are keen to ensure our vital ‘back office’ support and financial systems will support this growth.
With overall responsibility for all things non-PR, the Head of Finance & Operations will have experience of linked accounting systems, managing time reporting data, and reconciling accounts and will also ensure IT and HR systems are delivered to the highest standards.
Reporting directly to the Group MD they will relish the opportunity to be an integral part of Tangerine’s next stage of development.
