Do you want to be part of an ambitious communications agency and work with some of the UK’s biggest household name brands? Tangerine is searching for a Community Manager to join our award-winning team. You’ll be managing social media communities for a range of key clients. The successful individual will have a natural aptitude for creating engaging content, dealing with customer service enquiries, working in collaboration with our Content Executives and wider teams to implement a brand’s tone of voice across social channels and throughout social content.
Key roles and responsibilities include:
Strong time management skills and works well under pressure
Excellent creative writing skills
Strong team player
Strong grammar and spelling
Good knowledge of social platforms
Experience in customer service
Knowledge of social monitoring tools including: Sprout, Facebook Business Manager are useful but not essential

Monday to Friday : Initial training period 9.00am - 5.30pm in the office. On completion, some days will be the same hours and other days will be 9.00am – 2.30pm (in office) and 7.00pm-10.00pm (working from home).
There will also be the requirement of 1-3 weekend days per month (working from home).
