CEM DAY HONOURED AT PRESTIGIOUS AM AWARDS
Swansea Peugeot dealership, CEM Day on Beaufort Road, has been honoured in the 2012 AM Awards after winning the accolade of ‘Best Retail Group’.
The dealership received the award as part of the Day’s Motor Group, which has 12 dealership sites across South Wales and employs 500 staff. Over 1,000 motoring industry influencers attended a glittering ceremony at the International Convention Centre in Birmingham.
The ceremony was presented by BBC news presenter, Susanna Reid and saw the company’s sales director, Russell Day, collect the award on behalf of the dealership group.
Following the presentation, Russell said: “We have won a number of industry awards, particularly for our customer service. However, this is the first time our achievements as a wider business have been recognised, which is a testament to our dedicated and hard-working staff.
“The award is designed to recognise quality, innovation and service in co-ordinating a retail group with more than 10 dealerships. Everyone at CEM Day has contributed greatly to our success and I’d like to thank all the team for helping us to achieve such a distinguished award.”
