London Wine Fair

Now in its 35th year, the London Wine Fair attracts wine producers, merchants, experts and suppliers from across the globe to descend on Olympia for three days of seminars, debates and, of course, tastings.

As one of the UK’s leading wine bottle manufacturers, and an authority in bulk shipping and contract bottling, the event was a must for Tangerine client, Encirc.

For the past three years Tangerine has supported Encirc to deliver the full integrated suite of communications materials and the entire event management of the stand. This year was no different!

Since March, our team has worked to conceptualise a stand design that conveyed Encirc’s focus on sustainability, secured speaking slots for Encirc’s winemaking expert (and one of only 300 masters of wine in the world), Justin Knock, designed leaflets, secured media interviews and cultivated the delivery of the stand showpiece – a giant corkscrew.

Exhibiting at events is a valuable way for clients to raise brand awareness and network, but to ensure the best return on what can be a considerable investment, it’s essential that every aspect of an event is considered.

From a leaflet to give away and the copy in the event programme, to a stand that immediately grabs the attention of passers-by, each element must succinctly unite to communicate key messages that inform the opinions customers can so quickly form.

And what of the wine fair? Well, we’re here and taking great pride in seeing everything come together so smoothly. The past three days have been spent meeting journalists, gathering content to inform future activity, and being prevalent on social media to encourage as many visitors to the stand as possible. And maybe tasting a little wine, too…
